Well said and true. Manage your careers wisely Dtassers. A book full of spec when you've been somewhere for years isn't a good thing.
Think of it this way, even if you are someone who is loathe to move for whatever reason, should you get thrown off the bus, what would you have to show for your career? |

People outside Digitas are impressed that creatives from Digitas can support their work tactically, know what results it generated, and in short, can participate in the whole strategic experience. Believe me, that is not the case at many agencies.
