Excelent point W. Salary negotian is a must because any future increases will be minimal - Unless you are just seeking the experience, and plan on leaving in 6 mos to a year. |

minimal increases! tight bureaucracy. no real meritocracy. my advice: get the experience if it fits your career plan, then leave!!
