Arrogant, untalented and uninspiring copywriter required to create flabby copy packed with stale insight. Must show willingness to apply a lifeless corporate tone of voice to everything they touch and exceed deadlines by days rather than hours.
Ideal candidate should also possess a proven ability to drone on and on about ??big ideas?? without actually having any. Must be able to irritate and infuriate clients - possibly in several different languages. An ability to murder the English language is an absolute must.

As a former Bronnerite (yeah, and Bronnercommer and Digit, too), this sort of lower than low, immature whining is embarrassing. DTAS ain't what it used to be back in the day. No doubt about it. But if this is how you think you fix a broken shop, it's no wonder the place is as unhappy as it is. If half the energy spent complaining were put into proactive behavior, I daresay things would begin to change for the better. But no. Too easy to blame top management. Too easy to sit back and wear the "victim hat".
Clue: You want change? You want improvement? Get up off your soft, entitled butts and start making an effort to bring about the change you want. You;d be amazed at what you can accomplish with a little sweat equity and a positive attitude!
