I had high hopes for this guy at the first, but I realized over time that his insecurity makes him covet the company of those who mirror his wants and ideas, and destroys all and everyone else. His ability to evaluate talent is limited to his limited life view and experience. Poor Digitas, to have succumbed to this tyrant. It used to be a wonderful place to work.

Digitas just manages to bring out the worst in people. The fake consulting "up or out" culture and the bizarre cult of shadow boxing senior managers.. all afraid their butt will land on the ground when the game of musical chairs stops.
GT is just another stand-in as creative guru in a long line of retrograde units.
