i'm a mid level account person and i couldn't agree more! i've worked in boston and new york and can't believe the politics and bs that fly around here.
the culture has an underlying vibe that can get quite nasty. inferiority complex or just the he/she sucks thing..not sure which. no wonder so many bitch on these boards.
