I used to work in the NYC office so I come back to this board every now and then. So lame! What is with this animosity toward some creative in the upper ranks? Every agency has at least one or two flat tires floating around the creative department who have passed their prime but still hold the title and make the money. Get over it! unless this guy is killing great ideas, forget about him and get back to your junk mail, 12k banners, spam, and coupons. Think about what you have done recently that has risen above the mediocrity you lament.
