If the agency only held itself to its own standards, threads such as these would be irrelevant. Unfortunately, this is not the case and in itself, is a $200k "welfare" case.
As for the man inquestions, what a monumental waste of shareholder money..a colossal no talent such as this only undermnes the creative culture at this agency and sets a poor example for leaderhip in the category ( and in the case of the Chicago office with disastrous effects)

Well said indeed.
My post was only to point out that this guy, in all his 80s glory, seems to find a way, again and again, to hang on. Despite his obvious lack of talent and disastrous turn in the Midwest. I find him fascinating, frankly. I often wonder just how he does it.
