I am currently employed at a big 4 consulting firm and I also spoke with a recruiter. I was given the old line that they would expect to bring me in at a level lower than what I am currently at. This is amusing because this is what my firm tells people from other consulting firms who join.
Anyways, my question to the IBM BCS person is did you receive a similar message?
Also, my understanding is that in October of this year (when an adjustment is made), Manager level 4 will make 157.5K.
