Hi,
Just a quick question. Can some one explain me what the band/hierarchy structure is at Deutsche Bank? What are the different levels (like A, B, C, etc or 1,2,3,4, etc) and what they are called? ??????????
Also, I am a top-school MBA with 8 years of relevant experience and am talking to them for a lateral move into their Ops and Technology Group. What level should I ideally look for? Thanks |

levels are :
Analyst
Non Office
Associate
Assistant Vice President
Vice President
President
Deputy Director
Director
Managing Director
Then a number of others which are when you make to god like status and earning ridiculous sums of money.
I cant say for sure where you would be best suited, in terms of leve I would imagine if you have 8 years industry experience then you would be looking at VP level, again dependant on position and your earnings expectations. DB like other Investment Houses is not all about what you know, network, network, network is the way to the top.
