Hi,
I'm thru to final round Corp Fin for DB in London (internship). I'd appreciate it if you could let me know what to expect - esp the case study.

You'll prob get 3 interviews, one being the case study. You have 60 mins to prepare for the case by reading through material they give you. It's a lot, but make sure you fully understand it before you starting writing and thinking.
Familiarise yourself with key accounting/financial figures like earnings etc. Also understand what basic multiples mean, like p/e.
I found the interviews quite relaxed, so just go with the flow.
