1st round: 30 min interview and 30 min numeracy test (hard) with equal weighting.
2nd round: 3 one-on-one interviews, all 30 mins.
They let me know the result about 48 hours after each round. |

Can you tell me more about the (hard?) numeracy test? Any tips on how to prepare? Is it like an iq test?
