How does E&Y compare when sponsoring GC. Are they the same and try to delay as long... or do they fare better?

because I see so many others in Industry for whom their GCs have been filed as early as they start. Even body shoppers do this. People's eyes widen when they know you work for a Big 4 firm. However, you feel underappreciated when you notice that the guy next to you who works for a body shop has his Green Card filed while your firm is still waiting to start the process.
