Apply to other firms and see what they are willing to pay you...At least check the other Big4 and Booz. Also, it appears that Oracle is hiring a large number of consultants. |

If you define first year manager, as being a manager the first year you join DT and not overall PM experience then you could be right. I am referring to someone that has less than a years experience as a project manager during their entire career. Even with that said, it??s hard to believe. Especially the firms you listed, there??s no way.
