Offered comp. analyst-Chicago. Checked market pay on 5 levels-reasonable but low compared to other offers & market worth.
Reasonable to request 20% increase based on accelerated Master's grad., Summa Cum Laude, Int'l experience & stellar job performance in various industries?

trust me, you are not that special. They would rather keep the salaries the same than piss everyone else off.
