Run into this dilemma... Had offer from Deloitte and Amazon. Titles are the same - Sr. Manager in ops field. Deloitte offers 120K (is this a little bit low for SM in CT?), Amazon offers 90K plus stocks, which probably worth another 15K per year. Deloitte said that I am qualified for year-end bonus, but don't count on it. No state tax in WA but 6% in CT. So the total payout could be the same. Both companies offer 20K sign-on and Deloitte has 28 days vacation, which Amazon offers only 15 days. I am at my early 30's so which option would give me more choice in my future career? I want to be in the operations/supply chain area. Any advice will be greatly appreciated!

DC does not have a strong supply chain practice. Ask about Kmart...
AMZN seems pretty low, even for Seattle - don't worry about the time off - at DC you wouldn't be able to take it all.
So it basically comes down to 32K premium to travel and you wouldn't get to do supply chain stuff. Or live at home and do what you want.
Ask for more money at AMZN and tell them your situation - show them the DC offer - they value DC talent there. Give them a number to hit (eg, 105 in the middle).
