SAP is hot & I am good... could you suggest compensation package for a functional consultant in major metro? I have 5 years exp. and a masters degree from top10. Also, when 30 people are interviewed, how does that work? Thanks. |

You must be one of those cavemen in the Geico commercials...SAP is about as hot as bellbottoms at a Rodeo right about now with slim to no margins and most firms, less Deloitte, gave this business up long ago. As an aside, Accenture and IBM are only in the SAP business as a loss leader for outsourcing.
Let's face it, the Indian firms took all the air out of the tires in an area that never really required all that much expertise to begin with.
