SAP is hot & I am good... could you suggest compensation package for a functional consultant in major metro? I have 5 years exp. and a masters degree from top10. Also, when 30 people are interviewed, how does that work? Thanks. |

I wanted to know if for a salary in TX which is a low tax state, will 96000 be correct for a Sr Con? Does that change (in negotiation)if my home office is say CA or AZ or IN? Pls help
