Deloitte's range is anywhere from 90-200k. It is purposely a very large range. I believe the better question is what is the market paying. My understanding is that 1st year manager should expect 130-150k. |

I don't know of anyone, any where that has that as a first year manager salary. Maybe someone with multiple years experience, or a hot skill like SAP, or more likely a SM - but not a FIRST year manager.
