Things have really gotten bad, not sure if many people I new just 4,3,or 2 years ago are even at Deloitte. As for TI, must have had 60% turnover the last 2 years |

Compensation-wise, it is better to be a new-hire than an existing employee. I believe this is part of the reason we have high turnover ( I am also going to be leaving soon).
Work-wise, it all depends on what you want to do. Since, you have worked at DC in the past, reach out to past colleagues to determine what it is like for the area you are interested in. Some areas are better than others = Some people are selling better than others.
