You compete well. I am also manager in large metro city. I am between 105 & 110k. My understanding is that new hires are getting salaries in your range. Sr. Consultant new-hires should expect what I am currently making. I was hired during the downturn and Deloitte has not done a very good job of leveling salaries.
Also, the manager range band is very wide. I've heard 90k - 200k. I know managers who make 160k.
