Is that the impact of an MBA at Deloitte on the technology side is something that firm leadership really needs to address. It is funny that the firm TI leaders, most of them have MBAs, but when it comes to funding an MBA for the junior level staff, it has to be a non-traditional MBA. I think this is part of a bigger issue that TI has become more low level technical in nature and less technical advisory. If the TI practice is not going to put people in TI in positions to leverage the MBA skills and compensate people accordingly, then what is the benefit of being in the position? |

maybe because some people once they have their MBA realize that they dont want to do technical stuff anymore, - the irony is if you have someone with an MBA who really likes technology I think they can be really valuable..
