Like you said, you really dont have a choice. Which by the way, is one of those thinks that pisses me off about how we recruit. I really think the question shoudl be what do you want to do? Do you want to be focused on a package or do you want to develop different technical skills. I think both can be relevant but it is what you want to get out of it. |

I have heard that TI is more tech oriented, while EA is not so technical. I am a MIS major from an undergrad business school. I felt that I could have gone either BA or SA, but in the end decided to go SA and got the position.
My goal is to work in consulting for a while (not sure how many years) and then move to industry. I would like to become an upper level manager someday.
I feel like it would be somewhat limiting to focus on a single package and would like to build a broad skillset.
