In SAP practice for a Sr consultant on H1 visa:-what shall one expect from Deloitte to sponsor Green card? From your own experiences, how does Deloitte works on this/ Does the Partner has to okay that? For a normal performer what is the review content that will suffice for getting GC filed? Pls help |

I know very very little about sponsorship policies and visas. I was curious if someone has any links out there that explains the different visas and green card requirements?
