You need to wait for 2 years in the firm before the GC is filed. At that point in time, they will make a determination based on whether you meet performance expectations. I think you are better off going to a place where you know for sure that your GC will be filed. |

hi, I got the understanding in the recruitment process that they take 1 year for filing. But you are telling this from experience? Is this the case with eveybody? Or you know a specific case? Pls reply
