I have had two phone interviews so far. The first one was very general, asking me why I would like to work for Deloitte, the Human Capital practice, why would I be a good candidate, and so on...that took maybe 1/2 hour. Then they said they'd get back to me "next week" which turned out to be two weeks later and then I had another phone interview scheduled with a Senior Manager of HC. That took about 45 min. and this was more of a "good fit" portion, where she wanted an overview of my previous experience and then we spent a good portion of the time answering questions I had. The next day she emailed me that I will be contacted for another round of interviews in a couple of days. They again got back to me a week later, and notified me that in a couple of days I have a 4 hour interview which will be a mix of behavioral, case, and my service interests. I am looking forward to the experience but I must say it is quite anxiety-provoking. If anyone could share the topics that are usually covered in a HC interview, I would appreciate it. Thanks. |

I have a phone interview this week. Do you have any advice? How was your four-hour round?
