Can you expand on your statement, "Every year it doesn't happen"? I've not been with the firm for the past eight years, but I do see Specialists and I do work alongside them. There just aren't too many of them.
So when you say that it doesn't happen, is your understanding outdated? If not, please do share your insight.

We are hiring them and using them from a staffing perspective. Small in quantities but they exist.
