Deloitte has been talking about a specialist track for 8 years. Every year it doesn't happen. It's just a way to satisfy those that will be fired (oh I mean outcounseld) the next year. |

Can you expand on your statement, "Every year it doesn't happen"? I've not been with the firm for the past eight years, but I do see Specialists and I do work alongside them. There just aren't too many of them.
So when you say that it doesn't happen, is your understanding outdated? If not, please do share your insight.
