What have you experienced/heard about annual increases? My offer is substantially lower than a competing industry offer. How might increases improve a DC salary over time? If I'm loving everything else about the prospect of working there... except the salary... in your opinion, is the trade-off worth it?

and I wish I had a really good answer. It seems like DC has a tendency to low-ball salary offers. It really does depend on the Service Area, Region and Level to answer your questions. I know some people who have gotten a 20% raise after a year and I know someone who has gotten a 2.1% raise despite have a Top 10 MBA and good ratings. It really does depend. Man i wish this was more transparent
