Tired of the B.S.
Tired of the hypocrisy.
Tired of banal work.
Tired of the attitude.
Tired of just OK realtaive pay.
Why should I stay? (Multiple offers coming in from all outside consulting industry) |

You don't need reasons to stay. If you've already took the step towards finding other jobs from which you're receiving good offers, just go for it.
Instead, why don't you ask for advice on deciding which offer to accept?
