You should delete that previous post, it would be wise.
The appraisal process is ludicrous. It is entirely dependent on the ability of your counsellor to represent you truthfully and fairly and almost always is decided on silly things like Utilization (when you see someone with 150% utilization, everyone goes "WOW" - but all it means is that he was ALLOWED to book his time correctly, rather than being leant on by a partner to book 8 hours per day).

Utilization is stupid. I know people who are very slow and unproductive and charge a lot of hours. Yet, their utilization is high.
