I have until the end of the day to accept an offer with the S&O Group in washington, dc. Does anyone have any insite on culture, work hours, flexibility, possibility for travel?
I have asked all of these questions to the recruiter and interviewers and one random employee, but I don't wanna be taken for a ride. I don't want to accept and then end up traveling 50+%. |

Culture: Sharp, Creative, Motivated. Good people to work with, however, some people are a little too aggressive.
Work Hours: 40-70 hours/week. Average 60.
Flexibility: Minimal
Travel: Expect 100% (4 days/week). It may be less, but more often than not you will be away from home on a regular basis.
