I just got back from final rounds of interviewing for the Human Capital Analyst position at the Chicago office. I felt very strong about Deloitte and the Human Capital team while going into the final rounds of interviewing. But after the day of interviews I got mixed messages about the culture, turnover and what is a "good fit". A strange vibe I should say.
Anyone know much about the Human Capital Practice? Is the culture very different from TI or other arms of Deloitte Consulting?
What advice would you give to someone wanting to start their career at Deloitte Human Capital Consulting? |

The turnover in HC is very high right now. D&T and Deloitte Consulting had HC practices and they have not integrated well. They have been losing bad in the marketplace and heads have rolled due to this. I think the culture is explained by a few responses that said partner don't have time or the need to respond to low levels. That attitude seems to pervade the HC practice, not the Deloitte firm. Not sure why that is. Okay so I'm an ex HC guy who left after 7 years... just got turned off by the change after HC practice was taken over by D&T accountants. Good Luck
