Mediocre benefits package that includes the standard stuff:
- Health/Dental Insurance: (HMO/PPO) $100-400/month
- 401(k): 25% match on the first 6%
- Pension: after 5 yrs
- Vision: weak discount program on glasses
- Paid Time Off: 23 days, vacation + sick days
- Life Insurance: 2x salary?
