Currently I am a senior manager in the other Big 4 with about 10 years experience. Being offered to come in as a manager level because HR told me that Sr. Mgr in Deloitte is equal to Associate Partner in other companies or Level 10 in IBM.
Question:
1. Is this true? or this is just a typical HR response.
2. What is the typical (60-90% of the population) of manager and senior manager in Deloitte (age-wise and years of experience with Deloitte)
