have a link for these purported rumors? Deloitte's won a number of Diversity awards. I was employed with them last year and I'd say my group was 80% non-white. Let alone only two out 5 of the partners were white.

If I hadn't heard from trusted sources, I wouldn't have shared it on this forum. Rumors can only be broken by facts and truth. Fortune 100 (of companies to work for) 2005 is a trusted source. D&T is no longer there. Interview someone from their MetroCity offices, and you will learn that the workforce is not even close to being representative of the business environment. Promotions and opportunities for advancements are part of the things that these people see on the other side of the "glass wall." People of diverse backgrounds are literarily frustrated out of their minds in this Firm. Of course, not all of the offices are the same. But, people (of diverse background, of course) with first hand experiences at some of their big offices are tell of their experiences. You only need to talk to someone that belong to groups that support these individuals to know what their experiences are. I can't give specifics because some of the stories shared with me are best kept confident. My conclusion, as do others', is that D&T does not embrace diversity as they publicly claim.
