Has anyone heard about the D&T's notorious discriminatory treatment of people with diverse background. The news now is that there is an exodus of non-whites from D&T, especially the Detroit office. It's a shame given that this firm is regarded a big 4, and moreso in this day and age. Rumors have it that only less than 2% of their management is diverse. I don't know how true this is, but the job industry's perspective of their diversity culture is pretty pretty bad!!!!! |

that they will hire other species - if their wage requirements are low enough of course.
D&T does discriminate against women via lower compensation - that's a major issue in their So. Cal. offices - maybe elsewhere too.
