Hi,
I have gotten an offer from both Deloitte and KPMG. If I chose KPMG, I would most likely have to move towards CA. I am a recent Bachelor's graduate, and the salary offered by both companies is the same. I am being offered a position is Lead Tax. Any advice on the difference in working environments, future of the company, etc will be really helpful. Thanks for your time and help. |

If I were you, I would go with KPMG. Granted KPMG's current situation isn't the best, they have a great culture in my opinion. You keep on hearing everyone talk about it's the people, the people that influences their choice. KPMG people are some of the most down to earth people I've met in public accounting. Since this is a Deloitte board, I'll refrain from saying anything more...
