I have a friend in a very similar situation except she's choosing between DT, PWC and KPMG. Since KPMG is #4 of the 4's she put that aside quickly. Then this was her approach:
What industry do you want to work-in (if you decide to stay) in 3-5 years. For example, if you want to work in the entertainment industry, EY is the strongest.
Quality of clients. Who has the largest portfolio of prestigious clients (if this matters to you).
I have heard mobility for any of the Big4 is the same. The more hours you crunch, the more responsbility they provide, the quicker you move up the ladder. I'm not sure of benefits comparison since I don't know anything about PWC or EY benefits.
If all in all fails, go with numero uno. Never fails.
Also, I am in Deloitte ERS so I am only speaking in terms of what I have heard from fellow peers in the same situation.
Good luck in your decision. |

As the title says. Also, what I have said earlier is if you have the mentality that the firm you intern for will be your full time position, which is 99% of the case.
They all have very similar perks except for the internship convention. EY and PWC have Disney (at the end of summer) and Deloitte has a 3 day trip to Arizona (in the beginning of summer).
