I am trying to gauge what ERS Managers (or other Internal Audit Managers) are currently earning on the East Coast to determine if a proposed move to a previous long-term client (to fulfill the IA Manager position) is acceptable.
All other aspects of the informal/off-the-cuff offer are pretty much comparable.. slightly less paid vacation time... but hell at D&T you never get to take all of it anyway!!
Your help would be greatly appreciated. Loved working at D&T and made some great friends... even managed to learn a lot along the way. Unfortunately, I am growing increasingly tired with my local partners reactionary attitude and disregard of HR type issues.... additionally the total lack of formal training.
