I have tried posting here but with no luck.. hope someone can help. I had an On-campus Interview with Deloitte (for ERS) and I got a call for an in-house visit. (which is next week) if someone could tell me what should I expect in the second round and how should i prepare. Also, how is Audit compared to ERS for someone pursuing a CPA certification. Please help

A few posts back a person in the name of sudipomi (something like that) had some pretty good tips on how to prepare for the inhouse. I'll answer your question anyways since I just had my in house last week and signed today.
If you've done most of your homework, this won't be too new to you.
In-House Schedule:
You will have 2-3 interviews with a manager or senior manager. 30 minutes each, back to back. In the past a partner would drop in and ask some questions but from my experience, we had a partner panel where we were given the chance to ask him some questions (so prepare good questions to ask him).
Type of Interview:
Unless you have a technical skill calling out on your resume, the interview will be behavioral and fit. The managers basically want to see if you're able to handle the work in a client service industry/firm. For example, they can ask you the lead the interview and generate questions or see how you deal with stress. One method that I've noticed (I didn't experience but heard) the managers use is ask the candidates if they know a certain technical skill or program (SAP or Oracle based mainly). Don't be tricked. If you know the answer that's great, but they're anticipating that you don't know already. Their main concern is how you handle stress and pressure. How will you handle a situation when you don't know something (b/c when you start working you won't know a lot of the answers).
Also, more technical questions may arise if you have already specified which group within AERS you want to work with (SS vs. CA).
How I Prepared:
First, relax. In all honesty, go in with a "let's have fun" attitude. I really enjoyed my day during the 2nd Rounds and the managers were all really laid back and cool. Second, prepare your stories for your strengths. 2-3 will do because time is really short (30 minutes really fly). Run through the typical behavioral questions and know which story goes with what. Lastly, be a good listener during the interview and ask smart questions. Let the managers explain and talk about themselves too.
Audit vs. ERS:
If you haven't heard, the group is called AERS now (Audit Enterprise Risk Services). Now if you're asking will Audit help you achieve a CPA in comparison to AERS, I don't have a direct answer to that. You still accumulate the hours required for a CPA. I would assume that it will be easier (if there is such a thing) to prepare for the CPA exam if you're in Audit.
Sorry for rambling on and on. If you forget everything I said, remember these 3 things: Relax, Smile, Have Fun!
Good luck next week.
