Hello,
Do any of you guys have any idea of what the starting salaries are for ERS Deloitte in Southern California? I will be moving to San Diego and the recruiters have been telling me they pay $6, 7, or 8K more than the starting auditing salaries. This sounds great, but I don't know how realistic it is. Also, how easy is it to negotiate a salary within this practice and how much higher can you go?
How much work do ERS people do compared to audit? I am hoping to hear it is a few less hours. Could anyone comment on Deloitte's benefits, their 401(K), investment option, and annual raises? Thanks a lot. |

I have tried posting here but with no luck.. hope someone can help. I had an On-campus Interview with Deloitte (for ERS) and I got a call for an in-house visit. (which is next week) if someone could tell me what should I expect in the second round and how should i prepare. Also, how is Audit compared to ERS for someone pursuing a CPA certification. Please help
