""For USC students, interviewing for ERS Internship at the LA Downtown office, it's 1 on-campus interview, then if you pass it's another interview onsite. The onsite is 3 interviews back to back with a little surprise in one of the interviews. Hope it helps.""
What do you mean by surprise? Can you enlighten us a little more please?

A partner steps into one of your interviews and asks questions based on your resume. Remember to introduce yourself and fill him/her in on where you were in the interview/discussion.
This year was a little different. There's a partner panel instead for the southwest office. It's basically one partner and the onsite interviewing candidates. Remember to go in with some questions because they do remember who asked and who didn't (this partner will most likely be the one that calls you to let you know if you got the position or not).
