DO these things first.
1. Read the job responsibility word by word
2. Read your resume and your recommendation letter really well
Research for behavioral questions such as:
I. Tell me about a time when you had to analyze a situation and decide how to handle it. what did you do?
II. Tell me about a suggestion for improvement you have made recently
III. Give me an example of a time when you learned something fro a failure or a mistake.
ETC
4. Sit down a make a list of things you did in the past or you have accomplished.
5. Match your achievements with each job responsibilites
6. Answer those questions.
Simple is that, no matter what your answer is try to relate your answer with the type of job you are applying for. For instance, remember this company is client based, you can use your customer service skills to win theri heart. You can describe how you were successfull in retaining clients and providing them with valuable information.
ONCE YOU DO THIS, YOU DO NOT HAVE TO PREPARE AGAIN AND AGAIN BECAUSE IT APPLIES TO ANY JOB YOU APPLY IN FUTURE
