It depends on what city you are in and what group. If it is Lead Tax in NY/SF, then mid 70s sounds about right w/ your qualifications.

I am in the west coast. Also, it is tax services, not lead tax.
What are the typical annual salary increases?
Are there performance bonuses?
Any other things that I should consider while I am reviewing the offer?
