Hi,
I am a JD/LLM interviewing for the lead tax services associate position. What should I expect on my first round of interviews. I know it will be mostly behavorial. Could anyone elaborate more on what types of questions and how to prepare for these types of interviews.

If you are going into lead tax - you will be doing mainly compliance a.k.a. filling out tax forms. You will do that for 1-2 years before you get into substantive legal research. Some people love it - but most attorneys hate it. Just be sure of what you are getting into.
Your interview will depend on what office you are in. I interviewed in several offices across the county...all quite different.
