If you belong to any other diversity group, you can emphasize that because Deloitte has highly recognized the contribution of diversity.
Know the job responsibilities as well and prepare your answers accordingly. For instance: I have an MBA degree. The position I have applied for required following job responsibilities. such as: understanding of deloitte audit approach, methodology ad tools, identify accounting and auditing issues, apply concepts of risk assessments. Since I did not have hands on experience, the only way I could have tied my MBA with these responsibilites would be how my MBA classes has prepared me to enhance my managerial skills and make a sound judgement based on the assessment. The above mentioned responsiblites can be well handled by someone who know the process well. Well I did not have to go through all this but I have prepared myself for any unforseen situation.
