How many "rounds" are there in the internship interview process? Is it one on-campus, then in-office? I have my first interview w/ Deloitte this week, how do I prepare? |

I had one phone interview and two in-person interviews. I got the offer the next day.
I have couple of suggestions for you
1. Know your resume really well
2. Preapare yourself for behavioral questions such as: how have you handled a difficult situation in a past. Give spific example, tell me a time when you lead a group and received a reward due to your leadership
3. No matter what your answer is learn to tie that answer with the position you are applying for. For instance: if you work for retail, your customer service skills could be tied together with how delicately you will be handling another clients, etc
If you master this, not only Dt but you could be able to obtain an employment anywhere else.
