I am currently interviewing for the Sr. Mktg position that will support their LA tax group. I used to work for Andersen and supported many of the Tax Partners in Chicago. They went to Deloitte after the implosion. From their feedback, they are quite happy with Deloitte. From a marketing standpoint, their tax services/products are superior. As far as the pay goes, not too sure. However, whenever you come in from the outside, the pay is usually higher. I am guessing about 10K more, especially with a higher degree. Good Luck.
