I was offered a consultant position in the ERS area. I have not replied to the offer letter. I understand a background check will be performed prior to finalizing my employment.
My brother and I foreclosed on his home last year because he lost his job. I am the co-owner of the foreclosed home. My brother also filed a Chapter 13 bankruptcy filing without my authorization. I am not at default with other lenders. My credit history was spotless before the house foreclosed and chapter 13 filing.
Although my work history and educational peformance exceed job requirements, will Deloitte not hire me based on bad credit history? |

won't affect you. my credit wasn't spotless and it wasn't an issue for me. i think they are more concerned with hiring people with criminal histories.
