Message: Cummins is located in the middle of nowhere. Keeping that in mind, the people there are family oriented with just work, and family as the agenda. I did four interviews with them. The first interviewer did not even show up, which was not cool. The next interviewer decided to tag team me, really unexpected. The third was expected to come with a team, came alone pushing a superiority complex. Then the fourth interview was over the phone. They say they will get back to you, but they're extremely slow. You must follow them up, don't wait. They'll ask alot of questions about your undergrad degree, be prepared to answer, they have a required GPA level. Most employed there, seem to have a BS degree alone, so it seems that to enable job security MS degreed persons need not apply, you will be wasting your time and living in Columbus or there about. I hope I did not come across as Cummins bashing, but if you have an experience with them, better than I, please do post it.
